Rev. Matthew Nuiver

Rev. Matthew Nuiver was born in Grand Rapids, MI and grew up in Coopersville, MI before moving with his family to Upstate NY. After high school Pastor Nuiver attended Dordt College and graduated with a B.A in Philosophy in 2001. That year he married his wife Lisa, and began his studies at Mid-America Reformed Seminary in Dyer, IN, graduating in 2004 with a Master of Divinity. In 2009, Pastor Nuiver was ordained as a Minister of the Word and Sacraments in the URCNA, serving the United Reformed Church of Wellsburg, IA. While in Iowa he also served as a Bible Teacher and as Dean of Students at Timothy Christian School. Rev. Nuiver was installed as the Pastor of Faith URC in February 2016. He now lives in Zeeland with Lisa and their children.
