We believe  that Faith United Reformed Church is a church of Jesus Christ belonging to the “holy catholic” or “universal” church.

We believe in the divine inspiration and authority of the Bible. Thus it is the very Word of God, the only infallible and inerrant rule of faith and practice.

We believe and confess  the Apostles’ Creed, the Nicene Creed, the Athanasian Creed as well as the Heidelberg Catechism,
the Belgic Confession,and the Canons of Dort.

We believe in the one God revealed in the Bible, existing in three equal persons, the Father who is God, the Son who is God,
and the Holy Spirit who is God. We believe in the deity and the humanity of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
We believe in the Holy Spirit as a divine person, distinct from the Father and the Son.

We believe that God created all things in six (6) twenty-four (24) hour days and rested on the seventh day.
We believe God created Adam and Eve equal in respect to salvation, but with different roles.

We believe in the pre-existence and deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His substitutionary death, 
His bodily resurrection, His present intercession, and His glorious second coming.

We believe that those who receive Christ by faith have been given a new life from God through the Holy Spirit.

We believe that people are justified by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.

We believe in the eternal blessed existence of the saved, and the eternal punishment of the lost.

We believe in the personal, return of our Lord Jesus Christ for his church.

We believe in the ministry of the local church, united for worship, service, and fellowship. We believe God tells us in His Word
​how to worship Him. Thus we reject any worship that is not endorsed in the Bible.

We believe it to be the responsibility of the church of the Lord Jesus Christ to make His Gospel known to all people.
